Silicon Slopes is his home market, and relocation is his specialty. Most of Franco's out-of-state clients are tech professionals moving to Utah, and he walks them through the area before they board a plane: where minutes off the Thanksgiving Point commute matter more than square footage, and how Pioneer Crossing and Mountain View Corridor decide which neighborhoods work.
Lehi is home. Franco has lived here 15 years and serves on Lehi High School's School Community Council. He knows why a Traverse Mountain address is a different life than a Holbrook Farms one, and what the 2027 Alpine School District split into Aspen Peaks and Lake Mountain will do to boundaries. He and his wife have been married 22 years and have four kids; she runs the children's theater at the Lehi Arts Center.
