Most of Franco's out-of-state clients are tech professionals moving to Utah, and he walks them through the area before they board a plane: where minutes off the Thanksgiving Point commute matter more than square footage, and how Pioneer Crossing and Mountain View Corridor decide which neighborhoods work.
Lehi is home. Franco has lived here 15 years and serves on Lehi High School's School Community Council. He and his wife have been married 22 years and have four kids; she runs the children's theater at the Lehi Arts Center.
